Ours is a simple cuisine, inspired by the traditional dishes of our families of origin, but turning our eyes to ethnic dishes from distant cultures. It is often reminiscent of “grandmother’s” cuisine, prepared with the love of each home from which we come, leaving an eye open to the outside, to the scents and spices of other countries. Bringing back memories of trips we have done, through which we have seen, heard, experienced, tasted! And it is perhaps the fact that we are people from various regions of Italy that adds value to our culinary preparations.
